Reports & exports

See where candidates drop off, how long each stage takes, and why people are turned down — then download any table as CSV.

Filters

Open Reports from the sidebar. Pick a Job to focus on one role, and a date range — All time, the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or a Custom from/to. Dates follow your workspace timezone (Settings → Workspace). Filters live in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a view with teammates.

The funnel, stage table, sources and departments count applications received in the range. The rejection breakdown counts rejections that happened in the range.

Hiring funnel by stage

For each stage (Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired): how many applications reached it, what share moved on to the next stage, and the median and average days spent there. Median is the better “typical wait” because one stuck candidate can't skew it. Days include finished stints and people still waiting today; rejected candidates count toward the furthest stage they reached.

Rejection reasons

Every rejection records a reason from your workspace list (Settings → Pipeline → Rejection reasons). Reports groups them, with each reason's share and whether people were turned down before an interview or at interview or later — a quick read on whether the job description or the interview loop needs work. Renamed reasons show their new name; older rejections without a reason appear as “No reason recorded”.

CSV export

  • Reports — the CSV link on the funnel, rejection reasons, sources and department cards downloads that table with the current job and date filters.
  • Candidates — Export CSV downloads exactly the candidates the list shows for your current search and filters (name, email, phone, location, source, tags, talent pools, latest job / stage / status, owner, dates).

Exports need the Bulk / CSV export permission (owners and admins by default). Each download is written to the workspace audit log (candidates.exported, reports.exported) with the filters used; if the audit entry can't be written, the export doesn't happen. Files open cleanly in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets (UTF-8), and cells that look like spreadsheet formulas are neutralised.
