Pricing Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
Is the price per user?
No. Each plan is a flat price per workspace, with unlimited users and unlimited candidates.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Unlimited is for genuine hiring by one organisation, under our Fair Usage Policy. If a workspace uses far more than usual, we'll contact you first — we never cut you off without talking to you.
What counts as an open job?
A job with the status Open. Drafts, paused, closed and archived jobs don't count, so you can prepare roles ahead of time.
Where is my data hosted?
By default in AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai). On Growth and Scale, data hosting is available as per local laws — tell us your requirements.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD).
Does Otter's AI reject candidates?
No. AI parses resumes, drafts job posts and answers questions. It never rejects, moves or hides anyone — your team makes every decision.
Do you offer Enterprise terms?
