Personal links
Get my link gives a careers-page link for a public job. Anyone who applies through it counts as your referral.
Simple status
Referrers see In review, Interviewing, Hired or Not selected — never notes, scorecards or other candidates.
No duplicates, no surprises
If the person is already a candidate, the referral links to their existing profile. Each person can be referred to a job once, you can't refer yourself, and Otter never emails the person you refer.

The hiring team sees who referred whom
A notification when someone is referred to their job, “Referred by” on the profile and pipeline card, and Reports → Referrals with referrals by person and by job, and hires from referrals.

List and create referrals through the REST API and MCP, and get a referral.created webhook when someone is referred.
Does Otter pay referral bonuses?
No. The referral bonus line on a job is text only, so teammates know the terms. It never appears on the careers page.
Can referrers see interview feedback?
No. They only see their own referrals and a simple status.
