How much does Otter cost?
Otter is free during early access. Every new workspace gets the Growth plan with no card required, and we'll give notice before any plan is charged.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The live demo opens a read-only sample workspace for a fictional company, Northwind Labs, with jobs, candidates, interviews and reports already filled in.
Can I bring my data from another ATS?
Yes. Otter imports from Greenhouse, Lever and Workable, or from a CSV/Excel file, with a dry run before anything is written.
Where is my data stored?
Otter runs on Supabase (Postgres) hosted on AWS in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, with every workspace isolated by row-level security. See the Security page for details.
